Mark Benne

Vice President

Mark is a licensed PE with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, as an engineer, project manager and executive leader. His career also includes 10 years of government employment as an engineer, onsite construction representative, project manager and program manager. Mark’s extensive experience in government contracting provides him with valuable insight into the coordination and development of complex projects within the government and private sectors. As a project executive, Mark manages all project-specific staffing, including project managers, project engineers, site superintendents, and quality control and safety personnel.

He is responsible for ensuring that the schedule and budget are maintained, while providing complete owner satisfaction. His additional roles and responsibilities include negotiating and executing contracts and contract modifications, identifying and mitigating project related risks and coordinating design and engineering efforts program wide. Mark graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
